parking
There is free off-road parking behind the Cafe. We have had to introduce parking controls due to commuters abusing our car parking spaces. Please let us know your registration number when you arrive to ensure that a ticket will not be issued. There is also a car park 100 yards up the road. Once again, this is free, but can get busy during the week. There is on-road parking available which is free for up to two hours. During the weekend, the parking is generally a lot easier. Please speak to us if you need further assistance.
Age Limit
We want children to feel safe and have the freedom to enjoy the facilities at CJ’s, for that reason we have an age limit of 5 years old on our play frame, older children are welcome to come along to the cafe.
Booking
No need to book, entry is on a first come, first served basis. If you are travelling a long way or the weather is bad, its a good idea to call first to check we are not full to capacity.
allergies & intolerances
We can make all our sandwiches on gluten-free bread and have dairy-free options too. We try to provide gluten and dairy-free cakes too! Just let our staff know if you have special dietary requirements. Please note our kitchen does handle gluten, dairy, and nuts (but no peanuts).
Can we bring our own food?
We ask that all food and drinks are purchased through our cafe. We have a variety of delicious and healthy options so sit back, enjoy and let us do the washing up for you! Of course, we are happy for you to bring food for children under one who need purée or specific finger foods.
